A Vision for the World, A Home for Your Family  Temple Baptist Church is an independent Baptist church located in the Powell community, just north of Knoxville, Tennessee. Our church is easily accessible from anywhere in the greater Knoxville area.
Our church facilities are located on a 130-acre campus and our church camp is located four miles north of the main church property on a beautiful 110-acre campus. At Temple Baptist Church, we believe that God's Word provides the only solid foundation on which to build our lives. We believe that God has a purpose for every life. That is why we make no apology for teaching and preaching the Bible.
