1 John 4:7-8 “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.”

Our love for God is a response to the love that God showed to us on Calvary. It is His love that enables us to love one another and leads us to act in selfless ways that we would not otherwise.
